Mountwater Capital is currently hiring a commercial building Maintenance coordinator/caretaker for our commercial properties in Regina.
As a member of property management team, the Maintenance Coordinator schedules all maintenance responds to urgent maintenance calls.
The Maintenance Coordinator will be responsible for performing general building and property maintenance. Maintain HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning), electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems and equipment. Coordinate the day to day operation of the maintenance department. Responsible for the upkeep and preservation of Victoria Square grounds, including landscaping and snow removal.
Accountable for performing various duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment.
Summary of Qualifications & Requirements:
Must be technology/computer proficient and adaptable to change
Must be personable and reliable
Excellent English communication, both written and orally
Have a good understanding of building/site processes. An understanding of the construction process and practices is an asset.
Proven capabilities in multi-tasking, problem solving and prioritizing workloads
Experience at working both independently and in a team oriented, collaborative environment is essential
