Fortress windows and doors is a local manufacturer and retailer of windows and doors. With over 50 years in the windows and doors business, we pride ourselves on our reputation for quality windows and doors and our installation of them.
We are currently looking for a full time construction labourer. Position is full time, Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5pm.
Job Responsibilities will include:
- Loading and unloading windows and doors.
- Driving work vehicle to job site, sometimes out of town 1 to 1.5 hours.
- Cleaning up job sites, work vehicle, and customers houses
- Use of power tools to cut material (miter saw, table saw, angle grinder)
- Helping install windows and doors
Requirements:
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must be fluent in English
- Must be permanent resident or Canadian Citizen
- Knowledge and previous experience of the construction industry
- Must be able to read a tape measure accurately (imperial only)
- Applicants must be able to work overtime where necessary (weekdays only).
- Applicants should be hard working and willing to learn.
