Join a dynamic team dedicated to ensuring the smooth operation of the 2024 Municipal/School Board election in Regina. If you have a passion for politics and seek an opportunity to grow your experience and career, this is the role for you.
As the Special Poll Coordinator, youll play a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer service, building strong relationships, and contributing to the success of a vital democratic process. Your strong leadership skills will be the driving force behind the seamless execution of the Special Polls. Armed with exceptional customer service skills, you'll forge strong working relationships with stakeholders, navigating a high-pressure environment with legislated deadlines and evolving priorities. Your ability to thrive under pressure, coupled with your knack for creative problem-solving, will be instrumental in ensuring the success of this critical process.
In this role, you'll be the organizational linchpin, efficiently handling confidential information, creating and maintaining files, and generating reports. Your mastery of Microsoft Office products is so profound that you could offer insights to their development team. Beyond that, your leadership skills will shine as you assist with organizing and facilitating training of election workers. Your meticulous attention to detail and commitment to accuracy will be the bedrock upon which the entire election process rests.
