What you will do:
Lead, mentor, and manage a culinary team. You will manage food costs and inventory. Maintain standards for food safety, food storage, rotation, quality and appearance.
Requirements:
Good cooking skills, keeping up with latest trends. - Knowledge of Vegan, Halal and Gluten allergy variation cooking skills.
Good knowledge of computers, Microsoft Word, Excel, Camp Manager programs.
Drivers' license - Class 5.
Current First responder certificate.
Ability to work alone.
Customer relation skills.
