- Direct day-to-day office operations, Evaluate, implement, and supervise office procedures as well as develop new procedures.
- Manage Office supplies.
- Initiate and maintain clients files and records
- Responsible for optimizing the appointment schedule by ensuring the day is full, with limited gaps Effectively manage the recall system and accurately maintain the client database.
- Respond to calls and inquiries about appointments, confirmations, amendments, and cancellations Process referral letters and other correspondence upon receipt from the provider.
- Communicate with Insurance providers regarding billing and other matters. And prepare office performance reports and manuals.
- Participate in reviewing and processing the job applications including reference checking, booking, and conducting the interviews.
- Assist the other staff in the preparation of reports, letters of employment, contracts, etc.
