About the Role
Reporting to the Manager, Contracts & Procurement, this is a new position added in response to the exciting and rapid growth of our organization. The Intermediate Contract & Procurement Business Partners focus will be to lead and support procurement and contracting activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for running procurements, negotiating contracts, and managing stakeholder relationships to ensure eHealth gets best value from its purchasing while maintaining compliance with regulations, trade agreements, and policies.

Typical Daily Duties
Coordinate the procurement of goods and services from beginning to end. This includes needs identification, market research, developing competition documents, facilitating the evaluation of bids, as well as awarding and negotiating contracts.
Manage contract the contract lifecycle, including renewals, amendments, terminations, and performance in conjunction with partners and program areas.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
Provide expert advice and assistance to eHealth staff and health system partners on effective procurement strategies and compliance with trade agreements and policies.
