The North East Early Childhood Intervention Program (NEECIP) requires a full time staff member for a Specialized Support Facilitator(SSF). The SSF provides Information and Advocacy Support for families who have children from 0 to 18 years with developmental delays and / or disabilities.
This position works primarily with First Nations Communities in the North East ECIP service area.
Duties include but are not limited to:
-connecting families with support systems in their Communities; Government agencies and services.
-maintaining Client confidentiality
-problem solving / attention to detail / well organized
-follow through on Jordan's Principal referrals, applications, case management, and documentation
-excellent communication skills using professional etiquette and sensitivity to family needs
-self motivated / work independently / work as a team

Requirements:
**Preference will be given to the applicants with a minimum of two (2) years post secondary diploma in a relevant field.
**Must possess a valid Saskatchewan Driver's Licence, and clear Police checks / Vulnerable record checks before being hired. Vaccines required.
