- Receive and distribute parts and merchandise.
- Provide helpful and friendly service to all customers.
- Maintain detailed records of incoming and outgoing goods.
- Build relationships with customers and coworkers.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Good understanding of the importance of superior customer service.
- Capable of interacting with a wide variety of personalities.
