Thorpe Brothers Ltd. has operated in the plumbing, heating and air conditioning service industry since 1946.
To continue furthering this service, Thorpe Brothers is hiring a permanent, full-time Service Manager to lead this department of our locally owned company.

Our next Service Dispatcher is someone who is:
Detail-oriented and very organized
Dependable and a team player
Able to deal with conflict and solve it quickly
Client-focused and positive
Able to switch between tasks such as answering the phone and data entry projects
Skilled in communicating effectively - both verbally and written
Familiar with computer applications
Able to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Able to review and approve billing.
Able to communicate with suppliers for ordering replacement parts.

Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience in a fast-paced customer service role
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work in a team environment
Multitasking skills
Answer service calls, and dispatch appropriate technician to the job.
Ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment; for example, to triage customer requests to efficiently schedule service technicians
Knowledge of computer programs and aptitude to learn new software systems
Excellent communication skills
Experience in another data entry or customer service role is an asset
