Description

Overview: We are seeking an experienced Cabinet Builder to join our team. As a Cabinet Builder, you will be responsible for constructing high-quality cabinets and other custom woodwork according to specifications. This role requires proficiency in woodworking techniques, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare materials, including wood, hardware, and finishes, for each project.
- Set up and operate woodworking machinery and hand tools, such as saws, routers, drills, and sanders, safely and efficiently.
- Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood components to construct cabinets and other custom woodwork.
- Install hardware, such as hinges, handles, and knobs, with precision.
-Ensure all finished products meet quality standards and specifications, including dimensions, aesthetics, and functionality.
-Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage of materials and tools.
-Follow safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries in the workshop.
-Other shop duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
-Experience as a Cabinet Builder or similar role
-Excellent attention to detail and precision in measurements and craftsmanship.
-Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise.
-Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with team members, designers, contractors, and clients.
-Physical stamina and strength to lift and maneuver heavy materials and equipment.
-Commitment to safety and adherence to safety protocols and procedures.
