Work Location: 170 Main St. East, Bengough, SK, S0C 0K0
Wage: $14.00/hr ~$15.00/hr, 30-36hrs/wk, with 15 days paid vacation
Overtime: Overtime rate provided after 8hrs/day or 40hrs/wk
Education: Completion of Secondary School
Experience: At least 1-2 years of work experience or completion of equivalent in accredited training program for food
Language: English
Job duties:
-Prepare and cook dishes using recipes
-Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
-Prepare and trim necessary ingredients for our menu
-Ensure food is prepared on time for all service periods by meeting food safety and quality standards
-Participate of menu plan, determine size of food portions
-Ensure all operations follow safety and health guidelines in accordance with government public health & sanitation regulations
-Clean work area and kitchen and maintain workstation clean
-Reduce waste to ensure food costs are minimized
-Train and supervise the kitchen staff in order to ensure productivity and provide assistance when needed
