Requirements to be considered for this job:
-Demonstrated experience in direct sales, job development or other related skills,
-1-2 years sales, recruitment and/or job development experience
-Relevant Post-Secondary degree or diploma preferred
-Demonstrated knowledge in disability accommodation
-Familiarity with and understanding of the barriers experienced by jobseekers with disabilities as well as an awareness of cross-cultural sensitivities and issues
-Strong computer skills including past experience working with a customer relationship management platform
-A valid drivers license and access to a reliable vehicle
