We are looking to employ a highly driven sales manager to assist with the day to day running of our store. The sales manager's responsibilities include sales and developing strategies to improve sales, effectively handling customer inquiries and complaints. You also should be able to delegate tasks in the absence of the general manager. To be successful as a sales manager, you should demonstrate exceptional leadership skills and comply with company policies and guidelines. A top performer should be able to achieve excellent customer service at all times. Responsibilities will include
- Continually meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Monitoring the performance of the sales team.
- Building and maintaining good working relationships with customers and staff.
- Identifying opportunities and strategies to increase sales including but not limited to all forms of advertising.
- Ensuring that the lot is clean and vehicles are well maintained.
- Regularly attend sales meetings and training sessions.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of proven automotive sales experience
- Effective communication skills, customer service skills and problem solving skills.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
