Responsibilities Include:
Inspect and diagnose issues for a wide variety of farm machinery, including tractors, combines, cultivators, seeders, sprayers etc.
Repair, adjust and/or replace systems and components according to specifications
Perform updates and inspections
Using our business system to maintain a record of repairs and parts used
Participate in service calls when necessary
Requirements and Qualifications:
Ability to work independently and unsupervised yet be coachable
Work as a professional, displaying a Pride in Workmanship mindset
Possess strong problem-solving skills
Adhere to our Core Values
Experience working on Agco brands such as Fendt, Massey Ferguson, Challenger is an asset
Ability to communicate in English
Ability to work overtime/weekends during seeding and harvesting
Registered Journeyman - Heavy Duty Equipment Technician or
Registered Journeyman - Agriculture Equipment Technician
