Grayson & Company Law Office is a full-service law firm in Moose Jaw.  We are seeking a full-time permanent Legal Assistant.   The successful candidate will have relevant education and/or experience of minimum of 1-2 years as a Legal Assistant in a legal office environment with an understanding of legal terminology, legal documents, and court processes. The position requires very strong computer and word processing skills including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, and other relevant software.

Excellent attention to detail and proofreading skills.
Ability to work independently, follow instructions with minimal supervision and take initiative to improve efficiencies and meet the needs of the firm and its clients.

Experience in using legal database software.
