Receptionist
The Athabasca Denesuline Education Authority (ADEA) serves four schools in the three northern Saskatchewan Denesuline First Nations communities of Black Lake, Fond du Lac, and Hatchet Lake and has its Central Office located in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan.
The ADEA is seeking a Receptionist (temporary-full time position) to be based at its Central Office.  Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the position will:
    Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office, and direct visitors to appropriate person.
    Answer, screen, and forward phone calls, and provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
    Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and materials (e.g. pens, forms, and business cards).
    Order front office supplies and keep inventory in stock.
    Update calendars, schedule board meetings, and document minutes in board meetings.
    Book and manage flight arrangements and create purchase orders if necessary.

Qualifications include:
    A business administrative certification or similar qualification would be an asset.
    A strong commitment to First Nations education.
    Knowledge of Denesuline language and culture would be a benefit.
    Excellent time management skills: to be able to prioritize activities, especially when there is a high volume of tasks.
    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    Ability to work collaboratively and take initiative.
