Manage seasonal short order restaurant at Loon Lake Golf Course. Duties would include ordering inventory, hiring servers, cooks, kitchen help. Planning menus, managing banquet meals. Ability to work as manager and cook would be preferred.
This is seasonal restaurant operating from May 15 to September 15.
