We are looking for recruitment assistants who will reach out to potential employers in Saskatchewan or outside of Saskatchewan to find opportunities for job placements for temporary foreign workers.
The ideal candidate should have
1. Experience in recruitment or customer service especially outgoing calls and handling rejections
2. Knowledge about foreign worker programs like SINP and LMIA - we can train as well
3. Knowledge of ATS or database management is an asset
4. A good command of English and knowledge of another language is highly desirable but not mandatory
Other general skills desirable
1. Resume selection
2. Interview management
3. Resume parsing and sanitization
Working from home is also an option for the right candidate.
