Description

The Medical Aestheticians position ensures patients receive quality beauty treatment service and contribute to the clinics commitment to excellence. The Medical Esthetician plays a vital role in delivering high-quality beauty treatment services to the patients/customers, and also implements market and sales plan with a clear approach of achieving sale target.
Qualifications and Requirements:
1+ years of previous sales experience (preferred)
1+ years of previous experience as aesthetician (preferred)
Must be certified as a Medical esthetician. (requirement)
Ability to work well individually and in a team environment.
Willing to work a flexible schedule to accommodate patient and clinic needs (evenings, weekends required)
Must be willing to learn and follow protocol procedures according to the training system.
Must be organized and a quick learner, Outstanding interpersonal communication skill.
Excellent writing and oral skills.
Theoretical knowledge and practical experience in laser hair removal, Microneedling, Skin Mapping, Consultations, Microdermabrasion, Chemical Peel, and other beauty treatment procedures.
Ability to upsell existing clients and maintain an excellent closing ratio.
High level of professionalism and care in personal presentation.
Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Well versed with computers and various booking software.
Advanced computer skills with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, social media.

Daily Tasks:
Assess patient skin condition and determine appropriate treatment in response to patient concerns.
Knowledge to close sales with sales benefit and treatment.
Creating service package and know how to market the same.
Maintain quality service by following organizational standards and protocols.
Maintain equipment and follow safety measures.
Stock, clean, and prepare treatment rooms for the next patient.
Accurately document charts and update patient profiles after treatments.
