Applicants must have secondary school completed and work experiance of minimum 1- 2 years in supervisory or related field. Candidate must have good oral and written English skills. This is Permanent full time position with minimum of 40 hours per week. Person should be able to work on weekends/shifts and on call.
Supervise,coordinate and schedule activities of staff who prepare,portion and serve food. Estimate and order supplies and ingridients required for sandwich prep.
Establish methods to meet work schedules, Maintain records of stock,repairs,sales and wastage. Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures. Ensure food and service meet quality control standards.
