Essential Job Functions
1. Ordering parts for shop equipment repair
2. Purchasing and maintaining levels of supplies for welders
3. Purchasing and maintaining levels of production and facility consumables
4. Purchasing and maintaining levels of safety supplies and equipment
5. Purchase bottled gasses
6. Acquisition of small tools, equipment
7. Sourcing and obtaining quotes from all available suppliers as required
8. Manage shop floor Kan Ban Systems
9. Manage production purchasing accounts
10. Maintain stock levels in production
11. Work within production cell teams regarding supply of goods
12. Coordinate leased equipment
13. Coordinate Alsco Linen Services (coverall and work clothing, etc)
14. Coordinate the disposal of waste and scrap
15. Work with Accounts Payable coding packing slips
16. Keep track of employee purchases and write up invoices
17. Work with all stakeholders on capex projects
18. Other duties as required
19. Obtain training and participate in Lean initiatives as required by management

Must be willing to relocate to Englefeld/Humboldt area.
