-Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
-Clear and clean tables, trays, chairs
-Clean and sanitize kitchen including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment
-Take customer orders
-Portion, wrap and package all in-house and take-out food orders
-Prepare, heat and finish simple food items
-Stock refrigerators and display units
-Replenish condiments and other supplies at service areas and tables.
