PCCU Insurance currently has a permanent full-time Insurance Advisor position available within our Kyle location. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing advice, solutions, and top notch service to clients in order to meet their SGI Motor License Issuing and Insurance needs. The Insurance Advisor will have a genuine desire to serve clients in an effective and efficient manner, resulting in strong business relationships.
Key Competencies:
Provide friendly, first point of contact service to clients, both in-person and over-the-phone
Process SGI Motor License Issuing transactions efficiently and accurately
Identify customer needs and present appropriate solutions and strategies
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, but also as part of an effective team
Possess a positive, can-do attitude while displaying a high level of professionalism
Detail-oriented with strong organizational, problem solving, and numeric reasonability skills
Strong analytical skills with the ability to relate, compare, and analyze data
Provide administrative support as required
Key Qualifications:
Canadian Accreditation Insurance Broker 1 (CAIB 1) preferred, or a commitment to achieve
Insurance industry experience preferred
Strong computer abilities, including familiarity with Microsoft Office
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Proven customer service experience
Salary will commensurate with qualifications, experience, and education.
