EMPLOYMENT DETAILS: Title: ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Term: FULLTIME, PERMANENT, INDETERMINATE, NONSEASONAL
Wages: $23 CAD PER HOUR
Hours: 40 HOURS/ WEEK
Location: 1165 Winnipeg St Regina, SK, S4R 1J5
Experience 6 months to less than 2 years
MAIN DUTIES:
Determine And Establish Office Procedures.
Schedule And Confirm Appointments and Meetings with the Employer. Record And Prepare Minutes of Meetings.
Order Office Supplies and Maintain Inventory.
Main Role Paler for Health and Safety at the Work Place.
Utilize Statistical Processes to Monitor and Improve Organization.
Travel To Job Sites to Identify and/ Or Resolve the Quality Concern.
Perform All the Duties Related to the Position as Assigned by the Manager. Answer and direct phone calls Submit and reconcile expense reports, and prepare and monitor invoices.
Resolve administrative problems
Receive, sort, and distribute the mail
