Do you love to troubleshoot problems?  Perhaps you have been tinkering around on the farm and have mechanical know-how? Or maybe you are already designing grain handling/storage products or other short line products and are looking for a new opportunity!
Vale Industries is hiring!  Preference given to individuals with design experience using Inventor or Solidworks with a background in agriculture.

Duties and Responsibilities:

-Develop and direct detailed plans to accomplish goals and technical activities
-Direct and review product designs and changes
-Work within and contribute to policies, standards and procedures for the engineering and technical work performed within the company
-Provide Technical support for the manufacturing process
-The performance and quality of Vale products within their respective industries
-Technical Product support for all equipment already in operation
-Solve, Produce and Implement Solutions
-Provide direction to junior members of the engineering team
-It is the expectation that the successful candidate for this position help promote a safe and positive work environment
-Work collaboratively with other members of the team
