We are looking for an experienced manager who will be responsible for;
*Train, monitor and reinforce Food Safety procedures to store management and crew employees. Ensure all food safety procedures and training tools are executed according to Company policy and health/sanitation regulations, take corrective actions as needed.
*Maximize store sales goals versus budget and prior year(s). Develop appropriate plans to resolve unfavorable trends and enhance sales.
*Maximize profit goals versus budget and prior year. Manage food, labour and paper costs and other controllable expenses.
*Ensure the continual improvement of QSC standards on all day parts.
*Developing subordinates to maximize their contributions to future promotability. Execute proper training and development through established systems and practices.
*Ensure execution of restaurants HR programs and maintaing proper staffing levels. Utilize ongoing systems for the recruitment, development , recognition of store management and crew.
*Ensure store compliance with Company operating policies and procedures.
*Ensure protection of Wendy's brand and assests through store compliance with Company policies and procedures. Evaluates store performance at specified intervals using company inspection forms; coaches and retrains managers as required.
