Our client is looking to recruit an experienced Receptionist to join their team in Regina. In this exciting role, you will play a key part in maintaining a positive, smooth flow of customer service, operations and administrative activities.
If you are a confident, cheerful communicator who can multi-task and stay courteous at all times, this might be the role for you!
In this role, you will:
- Greet incoming clients, customers and visitors in a professional manner.
- Provide telephone reception support: answer calls, relay messages and respond to general enquiries.
- Provide Administrative support to various staff members.
- Provide general office support in the areas of mail, courier, fax, email, office supplies and equipment, electronic and hard copy filing, and other related duties.
- Represent the company in a professional and outgoing manner; maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Office training is an asset
- 2-5 years of strong Reception/Administration support
- Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Internet
