The initial job duties the Employee will be expected to perform will be the following:
- Promotes, suppots and ensures that all services and programs are offered to clients in accordance with company policies, procedures, and established targets.
- Schedules and conducts associate interview, training, and evaliations.
- Ensures that every associates has completed all required training, arranges for addidtional training/support as required.
- Follows standard operating procedures for office opening and closing requirements, security, supply ordering, file maintenance and support in the training sessions, as required.
- Willing to complete all the training course provided by H&R block tax academy.
- complete Personal and corporate taxes with proper bookkeeping
- Prven customer service skills.
