Responsibilities
Provide strategic and operational HR leadership to the management team
Help establish and implement the HR strategy
Consult with managers to provide support for the full range of HR initiatives

Qualifications
Minimum of 5-7 years' HR experience
Post-secondary degree: CHRP designation preferred
Learning and development experience
Demonstrated knowledge of HR concepts, policies, and practices
