Description

-Oversee and assist in the daily workflow of the site.
-Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans
-Produce schedules and monitor attendance of crew
-Plan and direct all construction activities from start to move-in.
-Ensure manpower and resources are adequate
-Supervise and train workers / crew
-Safety: responsible for on-site implementation and
management of Company safety program, to include inspections, documentation, and reporting.
-Hold weekly crew safety meetings (Toolbox Talks) to make sure all employees are engaged in conversation
-Allocate general and daily responsibilities
-Management of subcontractors: to include scheduling, inspection, quality control, and approval of work.
-Materials management: to include scheduling and checking deliveries, correcting take offs, and insuring proper installation.
-Project maintenance: monitors job-site cleanliness and holds subcontractors responsible for daily clean up.
-Supervise the use of machinery and equipment
-Interpret plans, blueprints, and sketches
-Resolve problems when they arise
-Report on progress to managers, engineers etc.
-Performs other related duties as assigned.
