We are a French cafe and Bistro looking for Food Service Supervisor!
Job Description:
Prepare food order summaries for chef/baker according to requests from customers
Purchasing food, spices and baking supplies for food preparation
Check and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage Ensure that food and service standards kept in control to meet the company expectations.
Assist manager in hiring and train staff in kitchen, sanitation and follow safety procedures
Participate in the selection of food service staffs and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
Plan special menus and determine related food and labour costs.
Inspect, dining and kitchens equipment and furniture to ensure sanitary standards are met.
Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food in the restaurant and other special events.
Train staff to perform the required duties, and follow sanitation and safety procedures.
Manage work schedules for staffs, assign tasks and evaluates their work performance on daily basis
Job Requirements:
Certification in Hospitality Management, Restaurant or Food service related field.
Completion in Secondary School is required
Candidate must have at least 1 or 2 years in working experience in the related field.
Language should be functional in English language skill
