The City of Regina is seeking to hire a Revenue Services Analyst for a 2-year term opportunity to join the Assessment & Property Revenue Services department.
This is a technical position that provides the interface between the Assessment and Property Revenue Services Department and Technology departments. Responsibilities include ongoing system utilization and maintenance, upgrade initiatives, assessing divisional needs, identifying service delivery options, documenting systems requirements and assessing, selecting, and implementing suitable software and process improvement solutions.
Some duties will include:
-Act as a technical liaison for the business area and external stakeholders
-Responsible for system development, implementation, enhancement, maintenance, and training. Develop queries/reports to meet business area needs.
-Responsible for assigned tasks related to annual, monthly, and daily business processes. Review and ensure accuracy of financial data within the system application.
-Participate in the analysis of existing workflow processes, develop the required system policy and procedure documentation, and recommend solutions to meet business needs.
