Application Support Analyst Role
You will be part of a team supporting the Information and Analytics service line that provides extensive data management support and Business Intelligence solutions to multi-user, mission critical, and clinical technology applications. You will research and analyze issues with existing applications and/or transactions, impact of upgrades, new releases, patches etc. on individual and integrated applications, and influence implementation plans. In addition, this role will monitor production systems to ensure optimal performance and identify opportunities to improve effectiveness.

You will possess a strong technical knowledge base and background, specifically demonstrated working knowledge of multi-tiered technologies, real-time interfaces, Business Intelligence tools like Power BI and MicroStrategy, and development/support experiences with relational databases. Proven experience and skills in effective communication, problem solving, documentation standards, change management protocols/quality control are also required.

You must be willing to participate in an on-call 24/7 support strategy.  This requires a rotation of support analysts to be available to respond to emergency service disruptions after hours.
