-Answering Telephone
-Receipting Rent
-Receipting Condo Fees
-Daily rental portfolio bank deposits (rent, security deposit, tenant pay, PDCs)
-Setting up New Tenants and Applicants in Computer
-Signing Leases and Starting New Tenant Files, scanning lease and mailing the lease to tenants
-Preparing and Mail Out of Immediate Notices to Vacate
-Letters to Tenants for damages or costs being billed back
-Letters for NSF payments
-Completing Office of Residential Tenancies forms, Form 9; and preparing the hearing materials and -faxing out
-Preparing Outgoing Mail
-Open, Date Stamp, coding stamp on all incoming mail and Disburse Incoming Mail
-Typing Correspondence
-Filing for tenants file and filing for deposits and receipts
-Booking showings, appointments, move ins, move outs
-Signing keys in/out, calling for keys
-Monitoring key sign out sheet and calling contractors for key returns
-Distributing paperwork, tracking paper in pick up file
-Entering tenant notes into software when speaking to tenants
-Scanning condo statements every month
-Other Duties as Assigned
-Hours 08:30am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday
