Are you looking for a job in healthcare? Do you want to work Monday to Friday with weekends off? We have a SPECIALIST in Prince Albert looking for you! ON THE JOB TRAINING AVAILABLE. The ideal candidate is highly organized and prioritizes customer service and physician support. Duties include, but not limited to:
Greeting, registering and checking-in patients
Triage, schedule and confirm appointments
Assist with office procedures when needed
All administrative duties including faxing, scanning, emailing, filing, expense tracking, etc.
Maintain proper patient records according to the Health Information Protection Act
Communicate with patients and other health allies in a professional manner (ie> surgical booking staff)
Daily equipment sterilization
Transcription (40-60wpm)
Monitor and replenish all medical and office supplies necessary to run the clinic
Opportunity for occasional travel to out of town clinics (TBD)
Prepare and send invoices
Knowledge of Accuro or Med-Access considered an asset.
