Associate, Farm & Business - Any Branch Cornerstone Credit Union

We are looking for a member focused individual with excellent communication skills and who is not afraid of a challenge to join our Farm & Business team as an Associate, Farm & Business!
As the Associate, Farm & Business you will play an integral role in building full financial relationships with our members. You will provide relationship management support to our Farm and Business Advisors by acting as the primary contact to designated members in the delivery of quality, professional and efficient service. You will seek opportunities to cross-sell credit union products and services while making quality referrals.
Reporting to the Team Lead, Associates Farm & Business you will support in-branch Advisors by collecting required information from members, assist in the preparation of credit submissions for approval, prepare instructions and correspondence, process transactions and complete annual reviews.

What We Are Looking For . . . .
To be considered for the Associate, Farm & Business position, you must have post-secondary education in business or related discipline; plus, two to four years of job-related experience, or an equivalent combination of education or experience.
You must be a team player with exceptional communication skills, a multi-tasker who can manage their time effectively and an individual who can problem solve and actively seek opportunities for improvements.
A commitment to continuous learning and development is required.
