Supervising and training a team of housekeeping staff;

    Coordinating with other departments such as maintenance and front desk to resolve any issues that arise;
    Managing inventory and ordering supplies;
    Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations;
    Addressing guest complaints and concerns related to housekeeping;
    Participating in budgeting and forecasting for the department.
