Food service Supervisors perform the following duties:
* Supervise, coordinate & schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion, and serve food.
* Ensure that the food and service meet quality control standards.
* Train staff in job duties and sanitation and safety procedures.
* Establish methods to meet work schedules
* Maintain record of stocks, repairs, sales and wastage.
* Oversee food and labour cost
* estimate and order ingredients & supplies required for meal preparation.
* Prepare food order summaries.
* May participate in the selection of food service staff, and assist in the develpment of policies, procedures and budgets.
Succesful applicants need to have a good attitude and work ethic. Friendly and dependable. Be prapared to learn th "Wendy's Way". On-line and personal training is provided.
