Job Purpose:
Provides a wide range of administrative support and coordination of clerical/financial services to a variety of department(s). Directs calls, responds to codes and alarms and provides information. Provides reception, registration, admission, discharge and clerical services. Gather data, update, and maintain records regularly for statistical purposes. Ability to set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems and to determine and establish office procedures.
Your duties will include:
- Handling daily correspondence, emails, mail and general office duties.
- Providing strong customer service support.
- Providing administrative support to management and other staff.
- Managing client database, ensuring a high level of accuracy.
- Providing Reception support.
- General office duties.

- Intermediate MS Word and Excel.
Education and Experience:
- Grade 12
- 2-3 years related administrative experience
Skills/Qualifications:
Preparing of a variety of correspondence
Objective interest in operating computers and other office equipment
Filing both hard and soft copy documents
Greet client and guests in the reception area Keep front desk and guest area tidy
Answering incoming calls and responding to questions and requests for information
Data entry, records maintenance & report development
Ensuring proper maintenance of office equipment, including computers, copy machines and fax machine
Maintaining office supplies by checking inventory and placing orders as required
Setup conferences call with clients or employers
WORKING CONDITIONS
Ability to work flexible shifts which may include weekdays and weekends.
