Yorkton Toyota is currently looking to recruit a Lube Bay technician to our Service Team.
The Express Drive Customer Service Lead and Technician establishes the first impression to each guest ensuring consistent, timely, informative and accurate service delivery to every customer.
Supporting the Fixed Operations Department at Yorkton Toyota, this position services vehicles with oil changes and other maintenance in addition to providing excellent customer service.
Duties Include:
-Demonstrating a high level of energetic response to every customer (on the phone or in person).
-Delivering a positive first impression to each guest with a warm, friendly greeting.
-Presenting oil change options and additional services based on manufacturer recommendations.
-Evaluating the customers' needs and then performing the services on their vehicle in a timely fashion.
-Completing the customer service experience by explaining the inspection and services completed and taking payment for those services.
-Maintaining a clean and safe work environment including using all safety equipment and following all safety procedures.
-Cleaning, organizing and stocking work station.
-Placing protective covers on the customers seat, floor and steering wheel.
-Driving customers vehicle into/out of the bay area.
-Ensuring proper care is taken to help eliminate damage to customers vehicle (fender cover placement).
The Successful applicant must be able to work well on a team, display great customer service and perform automotive maintenance.
As a condition of employment a valid Class 5 Drivers license & Criminal record check is required.
