Answering and directing all calls/emails appropriately and efficiently.
Process and confirm room reservations
Greet, register and assign rooms to arriving
guests
Keeping track of front desk inventory.
Present a statement of charges to departing
guests and receive payment for services
Respond to guests questions or concerns
Ensure work areas and equipment are kept
functional and orderly at all times
Must abide by the dress code standards
Help to other job duties assignment by the
Supervisor, including room checks, preparing
breakfast, light cleaning & Guest services.
