Develop and implement infant and toddler program that supports and promotes the holistic development of children.
Lead activities by telling or reading stories, teaching songs, assist in taking children on local excursions.
Provide expression through the media of art, dramatic play, music, physical activity.
Plan and maintain environment that protects the health and well being of children.
Assess the abilities, interests, and needs of children and discuss progress and problems with parents, team members, director, etc. Observe children and document signs of potential learning and behavioral problems and be able to discuss such things with parents and other team members.
Carry out proper hygiene and toileting protocols
Estalbish and maintain collabrative relaitonships with co workers and community service providers working with children.
Be able to plan developmentally appropriate activities and experiences following the regulations set out by the Ministry of Education
Fully paid benefit package after 3 month probational period.
Sponsorship to further education in field of early childhood education is offered.
