Essential Functions
1. Respond to incoming telephone calls, in person visits, or emails concerning warranty and service inquiries and complaints.
2. Accurately document warranty situations and help Quality Department analyze for trends.
3. Ensure proper processes are in place to maintain ISO standards.
4. Follow-up with customers/dealers ensuring problems are corrected accurately and timely.
5. Coordinate repair work through the Service Department of the customers servicing dealers.
6. Travel to dealer and field locations for troubleshooting and occasional repair of Schulte product.
7. Work closely with the Sales Team on offsite projects.
8. Work with Schulte dealers to provide customers with product specifications, repair advice and RGA for product returns.
9. Provide input for improvements to Parts Manual.
10. Assist customers in identifying parts required
11. Work with the Engineering and Quality Departments to assist in root cause analysis.
12. Participate in Continuous Improvement and Lean Initiatives.
13. Oversee the Scheduling and maintenance of the service truck.
14. Attend Farm Shows as required.
