Responsibilities
-Achieve growth & hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales representative team throughout the world with major emphasis on North America.
-Designing & implementing a strategic sales & marketing plan that expands company's customer base & ensure its strong presence in the Industrial Engineered Valve market worldwide.
-Manage the recruiting of additional sales organizations to ensure effective market penetration, objectives setting, coaching & performance monitoring of existing sales representative organizations.
-Design & implement a strategic business plan that expands the company's customer base & ensure its strong presence in all targeted markets.
-Build & promote strong, lasting customer relationships by partnering with them & understanding their needs.
-Present marketing & sales, revenue & expense reports and realistic forecasts to management team.
-Identify emerging markets & market shifts while being fully aware of new products & competition status.
-Develop strategies to ensure customer requirement & concerns are logged & communicated to Engineering.
Requirements & Skills:
-BS/MS Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
-Successful previous experience as a Sales Marketing Manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets in industrial engineered valves.
-Demonstrated ability to communicate, present & influence credibility and effectively at all levels of the organization.
-Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close, train & mentor others to do the same.
-Proven ability to create marketing collateral & tools to equip other organization to effectively market & sell engineered equipment.
_Proven ability to develop strategies for effective penetration into a targeted market.
