Prairie Co-op is hiring a HR Coordinator at our Admin Building located in Melville Saskatchewan.
What youll do:
Facilitate and deliver talent management practices, including the on-boarding/integration for both team members and team leaders.
Coordinate and implement employee relations programs, which may include L&D, service awards, Scholarship Program, etc.
Support the recruitment process within the retail, including the creation of postings, pre-screens, interviews, career fairs, references, and offers.
Assist with the interpretation and administration of Employee Manual and CBA.
Other duties as assigned.
Who you are:
You are looking for a career in Human Resources and:
You have a Bachelor's Degree, preference for Human Resources
You have 1-2 years of HR Administration experience
A combination of relevant education and experience may be considered.
