The CFO for all companies, which operate independently, will manage and direct the financial reporting, status, and direction of the Companies in conjunction with the CEO and executive shareholders.

Preferred CFO candidates will have extensive experience in accounting and finance.  This includes a management role supported by related university education and a professional accreditation (ex: Canadian CPA).  Experience in accounting positions of increasing responsibilities should be highlighted in your application.

Responsibilities include:
- manage accounting and finance operations in all companies to ensure all monthly/annual financial reports are accurate and up to date to keep shareholders current on the financial state of the business;
- collaborate with the HR Manager to hire, train, and retain skilled accounting staff in all companies and divisions;
- manage business risk and insurance requirements;
- manage relationships with independent auditors and tax accountants;
- ensure strong financial health is maintained in each company;
- prepare and track budgets, business plants, and monthly results, and offer progressive suggestions to the executive;
- forecast costings, cash flows, and increasing positive profitability
- work with management on technical decisions to ensure IT systems & tools are upgraded as required.
