Description

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the VP Corporate Treasurer position provides overall leadership and direction in the active management of the balance sheet including capital strategy, funding strategy, asset liability management, cash and liquidity management, interest rate risk management, foreign exchange, and balance sheet fun
The VP Corporate Treasurerdoes the following:

- Provide Senior Leadershipand Strategic Direction in the active Managementof the balance sheet.
- Managing financial risks associated with the balance sheet of Innovation including: capital strategy, asset liability Management, cash and liquidity risk management, interest rate risk management, foreign exchange risk, and balance sheet funding.
- Developing relationships with key personnel both internal and external to Innovation in order to continuously enhance the understanding of key risk drivers for Innovation and how those affect balance sheet as well as potential mitigating strategies.
- Actively work with internal and external parties to develop new funding sources that positively impact net margin, and interest rate and liquidity risk.
- Lead the credit union's securitization and syndication programs.
- Work with internal management to enhance the internal Capital Adequacy Process (ICAAP) and develop new capital funding sources.
- Provide technical leadership in identifying and making recommendations for the delivery of complex financial solutions to stakeholders.
- Participate as a member of the Senior Leadership Team and Innovation's Strategic Financial Management (SFM) Committee.
- Act as lead contact with external ratings agencies
