Job Responsibilities:
1.Design and improve recipes.
2.Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls and sweet goods, samosas, baklava, falafel and cakes,icings, frostings/glazes according to recipes or special customer orders.
3.Operate the machinery and keep clean.
4.Bake all products to perfection and ensure the highest quality
5.Frost and decorate special orders as well as normal day to day items.
6.Purchase, receive and store inventory or raw materials.
7.Keep products at the right temperature and use the cooler as required.
8.Maintain inventory of the store and plan next days baking in advance.
9.Make product improvement recommendations; respond to the needs of the customers.
