Description

4 to 5 Hours work. Must be available to work on weekends and nights.

Welcomes and registers guests, establishes credit, directs guests to room, relays messages, answers questions about services, maintains and updates records, obtains payments, makes reservations, secures valuables.

General Responsibilities:
* Checking guests in/out, taking reservations
* Customer service oriented people needed
* Basic computer knowledge
* High level of enthusiasm and energy
* Ability to work well under pressure
* Doing Some Laundry and Cleaning


Education & Qualifications:
-Minimum grade 12 or equivalent
-Preference will be given to individuals with previous Front Desk experience in a hotel setting
