BORDER CITY CONCRETE LTD. is in need of a Heavy-Duty Technician
NOC Code: 7312

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Perform repair works on heavy trucks, trailers and other equipment
2. Inspect trucks, cranes, bulldozers, and other heavy equipment for proper performance
3. Diagnose faults or malfunctions to determine the extent of repair required
4. Test repairs for proper performance and ensure the work meets manufacturers specifications and legislated regulations.
5. Clean, lubricate and conduct routine maintenance on heavy-duty equipment
6. Work in compliance with companys health and safety policy and commit to ensuring it is followed every day with proper documentation
7. Complete service reports
8. Report damaged equipment to management
9. Perform other related duties as required

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
1. Knowledge on the different repairing methods used in Industry
2. Self-started who can work independently within a team environment
3. Good interpersonal and English communication skills

WORKING HOURS: 7:00am - 4:00pm Monday to Friday with an unpaid 30-minute break, 40 hours per week and 8 hours a day.

WAGE/BENEFITS: $35.00 per hour, benefits with Canada Life will be available after 3 months of employment

WORK LOCATION: 201 Hwy 3 East, Paradise Hill, Saskatchewan, Canada S0M 2G0

EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS:
1. Education:  Completion of secondary school
2. Work Experience:
    a. Two-year related work experience
    b. Training courses or vocational program completion is an asset
